About The Event
There will some time to break down what clinical self compassion is and reflect on your own body compassion and you will only be asked to go as far as is right for you. We look at layers of our body, at how neuroscience can support a bad body day and dive into the Vagus nerve system to calm and soothe with gentle easy self massage.
We will use meditation, yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques) and neuroscience to support a more compassionate relationship with your body.
This workshop is for all bodies and completely inclusive. The yoga is gentle in nature and can be done in a chair if you need. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need extra support.
