CONTENT: 3 Professionally shot Yoga Classes (180 minutes of content) plus extra downloadable audio meditations.
60 minutes of a balanced slow flow class for all levels, 60 minutes of deep stretch, longer posture holds and 60 minutes to relax, restore and soothe your nervous system. The classes are also broken down into shorter segments (10 minutes each)

Pairing together embodied practice (yoga) and evidence based therapy to help heal your relationship with your body in a flexible, innovative course packed with resources. Sarah has developed a groundbreaking 8 week course which offers both yoga and therapy to bring you ease and comfort in your body, working across all mediums to help you work both independently and as part of a movement of others to find body peace.

RESTORATIVE CLASS 60 minutes
This class is relax, restore and soothe your nervous system. Again focusing on floor based practice, we sink into longer held postures, but unlike Yin Yoga the focus is on total relaxation and restoration. Pure bliss to totally calm your body and mind.
These classes are also broken down into shorter segments if you need a quicker practice!
